I was spoilled. I worked in Monaco and got lots of Italian style espresso! Coffee with attitude!

Beans. I go to the Algerian coffee store on Old Compton St to get them. Best reason to go into London these days.

I'm a bean girl.......first the smell of the grinding beans is seductive, second that first sip is the best.

Whole bean coffee is the only way to go. Pods are just another way to say prepacked coffee, if it was tea they would be in bags. People just love to spend extra money on a cup of coffee as long as they dont have to wash the pot nor deal with cleaning up grounds.

Grind the beans, then a French press.
Although I've been consuming teas lately.
